Please arrive to Gondola Plaza no later than 5:30pm for uploading, which will be available until 6:00pm. Gondola downloading will be available starting at 10:00pm.

Roundtrip transportation provided to Gondola Plaza for St. Regis and Hotel Jerome guests, departing at 5:20pm.

Comfortable shoes and warm layers suggested for outdoor mountaintop ceremony.

In order to receive the wedding room rates starting at $799 per night plus taxes, please book your rooms using the link below or call the number listed and reference the Bates-Duwe wedding block. The wedding rate is subject to a minimum three-night stay to include arrival on Thursday, September 7, and departure on Sunday, September 10, 2023. Rate includes roundtrip airport shuttle and local transportation within Aspen city limits, upon request. Make reservations as soon as possible, but no later than August 8, 2023, pending hotel availability.

Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE)

ASE is only a 15 minute drive to Aspen. Nonstop flights are currently available from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) via American Airlines.

The wedding hotel blocks provide complimentary roundtrip airport shuttles upon guest request.

Montrose Regional Airport (MTJ)

The drive from MTJ to Aspen is approximately 3 hours, pending traffic. Nonstop flights are currently available from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) via American Airlines.

It is highly suggested to book your rental cars well in advance.

Denver International Airport (DEN)

The drive from DEN to Aspen is approximately 3 hours and 45 minutes, pending traffic. Nonstop flights are currently available from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Dallas Love Field (DAL) via several airlines.
